Plant-D3 + K2 is an organic and plant-based source of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. Our formulation contains MenaQ7® Vitamin K2 in all-trans MK7 form. All-Trans K2 is the 100% BioActive form of K2 that activates K2-dependent enzymes and proteins. This formulation contains a Vitamin D3 dose of 10,000 IU and 120 mcg of Vitamin K2 as MK7. The liquid sublingual form has enhanced absorption.
Shake before use. Using the measured dropper, add 1 ml or 20 drops to water, juice, or smoothie. Drops can also be placed on or under the tongue. Children 3 & older take 4 drops with water, juice, or smoothie.
It is an oil and taste a little oily, but isn’t terrible. I mix it in my coffee.

Just ordered my second bottle this definitely works I feel improvement mine mode and well being the only thing I don’t like is the flavor. Oh I taste is a grease gross but worth using I will be buying this over and over again

Easy to take, high dose and quality liquid D3 and K
Vegan Vitamin D3, especially at a high dose like this, can be hard to find, and sometimes it doesn't include vitamin K as well, which is important to administer at the same time. This is a great mix of both and is easy to take in an MCT oil base that's tasteless. The dose is a full dropper which is more than I expected but not hard to take. I had no issues while taking this supplement.I'm knocking off a star because it's a bit on the pricy end for a 30 day supply and would prefer a bigger sized bottle or a lower dose than a full dropper. Other than that it's a quality vegan D3 product that's easy to take!
