Are You Low on Vitamin D3? Try a Loading Period.

If you recently took a blood test and found that you had overall low Vitamin D3 blood serum levels, consider taking 10,000 IU per day (or 10 drops). Do this loading dose for 4 weeks and then move to a standard dose of 5,000 IU per day (or 5 drops) after that.





What is the Best Way to Take?


Considering Plant-D3® is in liquid form, you can take it in various ways, such as adding to smoothies, beverages, or meals. Or simply dropping directly below the tongue.

If you are looking to obtain the highest possible absorption, we recommend placing the drops under your tongue and holding it for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Taking drops under the tongue is actually shown to increase absorption from 197% to 264%.
